| GSM Greenway Terms and Conditions |
Bookings:
All lessons booked either by telephone or in person is a contract between the Pupil and GSM Greenway and as such is binding.

Payments:
All lessons booked must be paid for in full prior to the lesson.

Cheques:
Payments for lessons may be made in Cash or Cheque, AND from February 1st 2012 payment by Credit or Debit card. (ask for details)

48 Hours notice of intention to cancel any lesson is required.
Failure to give 48 Hours notice will require full payment of that lesson before any further lesson can be taken. |
Any lesson cancelled must be in person by phone message. A text alone is not acceptable, as text messages can not be relied upon for delivery.
If you send a text message, please ensure the text has been recieved. If I recieve a text I will always reply. If you recieve no reply assume the text has not been delivered. |

Block Bookings (ie, where more than 2, 2 hour lessons per week are booked) then 7 days notice of intention to cancel is required.
Failure to give 7 days notice will require full payment of the cancelled lessons before any further lesson can be taken. |
Any monies owed and not paid in full, will after due diligence, be pursued through the Scottish Court Sytem. |
Any Cheques not cleared through the bank will incurr an administration fee of £10. |
| In the event that the Instructor arrives at the arranged pickup point and the pupil is not available. The lesson shall be deemed to have been cancelled and as such full payment for lesson will be expected. |

| In the event of a puncture during a lesson. Changing the wheel will constitute part of the lesson. |

| Postponements: |
| GSM Greenway reserve the right to postpone any lesson on the grounds of safety (Weather conditions etc) |
GSM Greenway reserves the right to postpone any lesson due to mechanical failure of the training vehicle. |
GSM Greenway reserves the right to postpone any lesson due to collision or similar. |
| I will attempt to reschedule any lesson postponed by GSM Greenway for the same week, although this is not always possible. |
GSM Greenway cannot be held responsible in any way for cancellations by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). These cancellations are totally out of our control. |
GSM Greenway reserve the right to cancel any lesson without notice if the pupil appears to be under the influence of drink or drugs. |
| GSM Greenway reserves the right to withdraw the use of its vehicles without notice in the event that the pupil appears unsafe in any way. |
GSM Greenway may refuse use of its vehicles for the purpose of the driving test, if the pupil has not achieved test standard. |

| All resources loaned to the pupil, remain the property of GSM Greenway until the driving course is completed in full, and as such their return may be requested at any time. |
All resources loaned to the pupil are for the pupils own use and as such may not be loaned, given or sold to any other party. |
Copying of any GSM Greenway resource is strictly prohibited, without prior permission of GSM Greenway. |
