Cancellations: Unless the pupil gives at least 48 hours notice of the intention to cancel any lesson, then that lesson shall be paid for in full. Payment: Payment for lessons shall be made in full prior to the start of any lesson. Payment: Payment can be made in cash or by cheque. (Cheques to be made payable to Paul Green) Road Safety: We reserve the right to withdraw the use of the car for the purpose of the test without notice if the pupil proves not be at "Test Standard" or unfit to drive. Driving Tests: Driving tests take priority over driving lessons. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to other pupils lessons. Driving Tests: The Pupil and the Instructor shall mutually agree when test standard has been achieved and only then shall driving tests be booked. Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) A full set of terms and conditions will be issued on the first lesson.
